Teacher Appreciation

It is that time of the year when everyone is winding up as everything winds down.  Today, it was teacher appreciation at school, so a lunch was put on by the parents, and classrooms and duties were covered by volunteers so the teachers could relax and enjoy themselves.  Max and I had each volunteered to bring some food, so while Max was busy making cupcakes last night, I was busy this morning making some baked pasta dishes.
After setting up the food at school, I hurried home to get my big boys up and moving for the day.  They do not exactly get up early these days but they do always have a plan and get themselves out and about quite well.  Today, they had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe before hitting the Historiska Museet to learn about the vikings and the middle ages.  They were gone for hours and said the museum was great.  They actually plan to go back as they didn't see as much as they wanted.
We haven't heard anything from Tabitha since she arrived safely in Prague on Sunday!  We can only hope that this means that they are having a great time!  According to their itinerary, they were supposed to have a guided city tour yesterday followed by a visit to the Museum Kampa.  Today, they were supposed to visit the Theresienstadt Concentration camp followed by a boat trip and dinner buffet on the Moldau river.  Should be an interesting trip!  I can't wait to hear all about it!
The temperature dropped 25 degrees last night so our high today was only a windy 50 degrees!  Yuck! Hope this doesn't last long!
