A Flu Bug?

Poor Tabitha came home from dog sitting last night, complaining of a stuffy head and nose.  We chalked it up to allergies but it became very obvious today that she is truly sick.  Poor thing!  Sure hope this all goes away quickly as she has her final exams starting tomorrow morning!

I spent the day at PTA meetings.  As I am the new secretary for next year's board, I spent the day with this year's board and school administration, learning the ropes and establishing an agenda.  It's always nice to be involved but this will definitely take some time out of my socializing!
Walking to school this morning was entertaining however, as one man kept actually bouncing up, a head above the crowd.  When I could see what he was doing, I realized that he was walking to work on some crazy, springy stilts!

Every day when I walk Coco in the park across the street, I have been enjoying the beautiful tulips that were planted there in masses.  Unfortunately, they seem to be ending their blooming and with the colder temperatures that we have been having lately, I am not sure what or when other things will begin to bloom.

I will have to admit that I was a little confused by it as it was titled "Biblical Brunch".  I couldn't quite imagine Quincy attending something called "biblical", but then again, free food is a powerful motivator for him!
