Max was nervous but it was all handled as delicately as possible. The police investigator was very nice, making Max feel as comfortable as he could and Max did not have to see any of the lawyers or the accused parents. He was in a closed room with the detective and a translator, and asked his questions on video while Josh and I waited in the next room. It was over in about 30 minutes and we were allowed to be on our way.
We rewarded Max with a trip to McDonald's on our way home. He was quite happy about that but the $10 value meals does not make it a place that we will go often!
After we got home and Calvin got home from tennis, the boys and Josh headed out for some sledding. The multiple hills in the park across the street make the ideal place for sledding at all levels.
Everyone had a great time and Coco even joined in the fun for awhile.
Everyone came home feeling bruised, sore, tired and cold so the remainder of the day was pretty lazy...
Tabitha is out for the evening with friends, as usual. She certainly loves the freedom and activities of life in the big city!
