Today was sunny and bright but cold. I headed out to a park that is about a 15 minute walk from our flat, where I met my exercise class for our first outdoor exercise class of the season. It was hard, hard work but felt fantastic!
After a hard work out and the walk home, I really just hung around home all day, doing those little things that need to be done...
Tabitha is busy babysitting and the boys have a mountain of homework so after some homemade chicken pot pie, we are looking forward to a quiet evening.
