A Little French cooking in Sweden

Today was my turn to host my cooking club!  Because our group has gotten so large, we have adopted a co-hosting technique, so my friend, Nancy, was my co-host.  We are both American but decided to teach a little French cooking today.

Nancy provided the kitchen and the sous-chef skills while I provided the recipes and the instruction.  We made Mussel soup with Saffron, Salmon Fishcakes with Remoulade sauce and Creme Brûlée for dessert. So much fun to prepare this surrounded by friends and other foodies!

Laughing, cooking, and eating filled the entire day!  Now, I am worn out and the kids are eating left-overs...
