Korean Cooking Day!

Wow!  What a day!  Another day of unbelievably blue skies and sunshine although it was just above freezing when we got up (it warmed up quickly).  I headed to the big, hilly park across the street for my outdoor exercise class. We try to go to a different park each week and I was dreading this one because the hills are the highest around!  Our instructor and friend, Pernille, pushed us and exhausted us as usual but kept us laughing throughout.

After class, I made a mad dash home for a shower and change before heading to the prettiest street in Stockholm to the apartment of a friend for my monthly ethnic cooking club.  Today's theme was Korean and boy, was it delicious!  Wow!  We ate and ate and laughed and talked and ate some more!  Whew!

After eating, we took turns on the balcony of Tessa's beautiful apartment, taking pictures of our beautiful city!

 I spent most of the evening on the phone tonight.  Looks like we may have just reached an agreement on selling our house back in Batesville….
