Sunshine and Wind

It was time for my walking club again this morning but today, I was in charge of leading!  I am always one of the fastest walkers in the group so when the usual leader couldn't be here today, she asked me to lead.  I had to promise to make two stops along the way to make sure that no one had gotten lost or needed anything, but other than that, I just walked our usual route.  Lori and I even motivated three others today to walk at our speed and to keep up.  They said that it was the fastest that they had ever walked the route.   Great time and even though it was very windy, the weather greatly cooperated!

The day was just gorgeous today!  It was sunny and 52 degrees.  So funny to see all of the outdoor cafe tables being used and people walking and sitting out in short sleeves!  It was terribly windy but no one let that stop them from soaking it all up!

Swedes are so funny, as soon as the sun comes out, they stop, point their faces to the sun and just stand or sit there for a few minutes.

We discovered today that our picture was used by the American Women's Club for the premiere that we attended on Tuesday.  We are "famous"!

Tabitha has friends over tonight.  They are all watching "Les Miserables".  Having a great time and eating macarons!

Tomorrow, we will get ready for our guests that arrive on Sunday morning.  Really looking forward to having Josh's mom here for 2 weeks and Tabitha's friend, Nichole, here for one week!
