After taking care of a bunch of busy work this morning, I headed over to my friend, Meg's, apartment for our monthly Swedish cooking group. We created another delicious meal of halibut with fresh herb crust (hälleflunda med örtskorpa), grilled baby new potato salad with french green beans and mint (potatissallad med haricots verts), soft rye bread (limpa) and rhubarb crisp (rababerpaj) for dessert!
Lots of cooking, LOTs of talking and lots of fun went into our meal! I repeated a few of the dishes for the kids at home tonight. Delicious!
