Lazy, Rainy Sunday

Unfortunately, we had to miss Quincy's first ever intercollegiate swim meet yesterday.  He is swimming on the club team for SLU and they swam at an invitational at MIZZOU.  He had a great time!  He finished first in his heat for the 50 free and 4th overall for breast stroke.  Really fun and he actually sent me some pictures!  Love it!

The rainy, dark weekend continued today so we were all pretty lazy.  While I baked bagels (which you cannot seem to find around here!) and made cookies, Josh took the kids to the movie theater to see The Ender's Game.  They all loved it although Calvin thought the book was much better than the movie.  $15 a person to see a movie, so in spite of the fact that there is a huge selection and the theater is very easy to get to, we won't go too often with the whole family!

As I was setting up Tabitha's online religion class today to meet her final requirement to graduate from her US high school, I learned that home schooling is illegal in Sweden!  (Not that this impacts us whatsoever, but very interesting!)
