Wiped Out But Feeling Like Home

I had already taken Coco for a walk, gone to the grocery store and baked a batch of homemade banana muffins by the time the movers arrived at 8:30 with our delivery of our sea shipped items.  This was our big stuff.  Not a whole lot but enough to keep me very busy for the rest of the day.

I unpacked boxes and crates, found homes for things, put together furniture and bikes and basically worked my tail off all day.  Now, I am wiped out but I am very happy to say that this is REALLY feeling like home now!

Unfortunately, we discovered that we had forgotten to pack Josh's bike!  I have no idea how that happened except that the whole process was so crazy and so rushed from the Indiana end that we are lucky that we ended up with anything that we need!

And, then the worst part is that the movers somehow lost one siderail for Max's bunk bed which renders the upper bed useless.  The mattress has no where to perch!  So, he has a straight single bed for now until some solution is reached or the piece is found.  We were really counting on this bunk bed for extra sleeping when guests are here so I hope we get it worked out.

But, the boys finally have beds to sleep in tonight after 4 weeks on the floor!  So, everything should be good.  As soon as Tabitha's friends leave on Sunday, Tabitha can get her room organized and start to feel comfortable as well.
Molly and Melia spent the day at Ikea today while I was working.  They had a great time but the store is so huge and so confusing, it took them an hour just to find the exit!
