To the End of the Earth

It was 50 degrees and only partly cloudy this morning, so Josh and I decided to head out for a long walk.  The beauty of having a subway card is that we knew that we could just walk and walk, when we got tired, we could find the closest subway station and find our way home.  So, we did just that.  We walked and walked until we made it to the end of the island and either had to swim or turn around.

We opted to turn around and walk the long way home. We ended up walking about 9 1/4 miles and loved it!  We passed a "motorcycle gang" of 43 antique small motorcycles and their riders on our way.  They looked like they were having a great time!

We are now getting ready for our trip to Norway!

Daylight savings time ended in Europe last night so we are now only 5 hours different than the Eastern time zone in the US.  Until the US time change occurs.
