Tabitha has Monday and Tuesday off of school as the whole city celebrates Mardi Gras. Life Lesson
We have been busy all day with our sorting and packing, except for some time spent walking in the sunshine of our cold, windy day. Today, I gave away all of my electrical devices that cannot be utilized in the U.S. So, it was good-bye to my food processor, stand mixer, etc. My friends were happy to have some new toys to play with, however! I then started emptying out our pantry by baking up a storm. Brownies, cookies and pumpkin bread made our stomachs fat and our apartment smell good!
