Bagels, Dumplings and French

Today was another gorgeous day!!  Sunshine, blue skies and temperatures in the low 40's.  Apparently we have had some record highs for February in Sweden this week.  Would be nice if that lasted for just two more weeks...

I headed out this morning and joined up with a few friends for some cooking lessons.  I taught my friends how to make homemade bagels while our friend from Taiwan taught us to make Chinese dumplings.  Another delicious and fun day!

After taking the long way home so that I could enjoy more of the sunshine, I walked back to school in the late afternoon to see Max perform during the school language fair.  He presented the French introduction to the whole crowd and then participated in a skit with his French class.  Very fun and always impressive.

Because the day was so beautiful and every person in Stockholm is enjoying the sunshine, my friends were posting pictures of the outdoors all day on Facebook.  Here are a few of my favorites...
