Project Nepal

We raised more money for the Nepal Project this morning.  This time with a very vigorous exercise program.  It was fun, but left us all feeling wiped out!
After a tough class, followed by a short fika with friends, it was time for the long walk home.  On the way, we noticed that the Swedish flags were flying from the public busses.  This always signifies a special day, so I had to look it up when I got home.  Apparently it is Name Day for King Carl.  So, if you are named Carl, you can enjoy the flag flying as well.

Max fell hard on his hip while ice skating in gym class yesterday and limped around all evening and into today. I was supposed to go ice skating with friends this afternoon but his fall, along with the warmer temperatures that are leaving the ice a little mushy, caused me to change my mind and stay at home instead.
