Not only did I help a friend make some macarons for her daughter's birthday, but I also assessed her very sore elbow. Nancy fell on the ice yesterday while walking her dog.
I then headed over to another friend's house where I assessed her very sore knee. This Nancy fell onto her knee while ice skating with me last week! Yikes! This ice is dangerous stuff!
It is mostly melted today, however. Everything is clearing up nicely!
