We then spent the weekend alternating between complete laziness and complete industriousness. We had some projects to work on in our house and lots of running around with the kids and our friends. On Monday, someone came to see the house for a possible purchase so we had to clean and prepare before making ourselves scarce for the afternoon. We are now waiting to see just how interested these buyers might be. Calvin has been busy for days now, gaining his lifeguard certification. This involves hours in the pool every day followed by hours of book work. He is worn out and HUNGRY when he gets home each day but he will have a very marketable skill by the end of class today. We celebrated Josh's 44th birthday on Monday by going out for an Asian dinner.
And, last night, we had a wonderful night out with old friends from high school. It is now time to pack up Josh and Tabitha as they will leave for Stockholm tomorrow afternoon. Tabitha is very excited to see her European friends before heading back to New Orleans at the end of next week. She has enjoyed being home and definitely enjoyed having our piano to play, but she is now ready to get back to her "real life" of big cities and lots of friends!
