Coffee and Exercise

Much of my day seems to be consumed with prepping for the Holidays.  Either Christmas shopping or planning our travels.  My day zoomed by in this manner again today.  Although, I did have time for a brutal exercise class this morning and a wonderful lunch with some friends.

Sweden is in a bit of a tailspin right now as their government budget was not approved so they are now facing new elections in March.  Their elected party has to approve a budget or a new general election takes place and a new party can be elected in.  This has never actually happened before but it is now!  We will see what happens...

Max's knee is finally well enough that he has returned to playing basketball on his team.  He is very happy to be back and his coach is thrilled.  I think that we will wait until after the Holidays to resume running track, however.
