Exploring by Boat and Foot

Bright and early again this morning, Max and Josh headed out to Nacka Strand for another day of sailing school.  They had even more fun today and Max has now fallen in love with sailing.  Today, they sailed more into the city, navigating around islands and boats.  After more than six hours onboard, they came home tired and hungry!

While the boys were out, I watched the bike race that went down our street and through Stockholm for a bit before I headed out to meet a friend.

Monica and I met on the island of Södermalm to do a little walking and exploring in a part of the city that we do not know well.  We had a fabulous time and ended up walking on 3 different islands, seeing some beautiful sights, eating some wonderful food, and doing lots of talking!  After four hours, I headed home to do some baking and meet my boys!
