Lazy Thursday

All of the kids are still off, doing their things, so I had another day of no obligations.  I enjoyed the beautifully sunny day that we had with some errands, a walk with Coco and then a long walk with a couple of friends.

I finished off my day with a night out with a friend.  Lori and I decided to try a restaurant close to my flat, that is supposed to serve some of the best Swedish food in Stockholm.  I chose to try the very typical Wallenbergare, a veal hamburger named after a prominent Swedish family, while Lori had another very typical dish, Beef Rydberg.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our food and the conversation that went along with it!
Max and Josh come home today, so my empty apartment will soon be lively again!
