We are settling back into this beautiful city!! Max immediately took off with friends yesterday so I did the same. After taking Coco for a long walk through the park, I joined my friend, Monica for the first fika of the season!
Monica and I then took a long stroll through the city to see what was going on on a Sunday afternoon. In usual Stockholm style, there was plenty going on and plenty of interesting people to watch while we walked and talked.
While we were doing this, Josh and Tabitha were back home, loading the car and beginning the drive to New Orleans.
While we were gone for the summer, new doors were installed in our apartment to put in a balcony off of what was Tabitha's room. The doors are in place but there is no sign of the balcony yet.
After Max came home last evening, we joined a couple of families for dinner at a local pub. Unfortunately, I suddenly got sick while we were there so we hurried home and I have been taking it easy ever since.
Max had his first day of school today! Our baby is now in the 8th grade! Hard to believe!!
And, Tabitha and Josh arrived safely in New Orleans and are now in the process of unpacking and setting up her dorm room.
Lots of exciting things going on in this family!
