Alligator Wrangler

I was thrilled this morning to wake up to some pictures, video and even some text from Tabitha.  She is officially having a GREAT time!  Making lots of friends, exploring the history and culture of Tulane and New Orleans, doing some Cajun dancing and eating and even wrangling some alligators! See for yourself!

I finally took the time today to just get the little things done at home so I reined in my socializing and did my bills, filing, shopping, etc.  Yuck!  I did enjoy a long walk with Coco under the cloudy but not rainy today skies.

I did enjoy a quick fika with a couple of friends this afternoon at the home of one of my friends who just moved literally around the corner from me.  Nice to have someone so close!

It was Back to School night at school today where I got to meet Max's 8th grade teacher, hear the plan for the year and hear all about the class trip that he will go on next week.  Sounds like he is going to have a great year!
