Back in Sweden

After spending 9 days in the US, we are back in Stockholm again, fighting off jet lag and trying to get back into our routine.
Unfortunately, Josh's loving Grandma passed away on Sunday morning, Nov 16.  We were able to be by her side the day before and say our good-byes.   She has certainly left a hole in our lives and we miss her dearly.
We spent the week mourning her loss and celebrating her life with our family.  It was great to see our big kids again and relatives and friends that we do not see nearly enough.  We did not enjoy the cold and snowy weather however and are happy to be back in dark but mild Sweden!

Coco was spoiled rotten in our absence...

We flew home without incident on yesterday morning

so that Max could get back to school and get ready for his upcoming trip to Budapest.  I spent the day today getting him some forint and some other necessary supplies.

Tabitha is now enjoying some of our favorite haunts in West Lafayette while she visits her friend, Nichole at Purdue.  This was her Grandpa Shenk's favorite place in town!

Today was also the last day of my photography class.  I have learned so much and enjoyed this class immensely, I hated to see it end.  Now it is up to me to keep on learning and challenging my new skills!
