We seem to spend a lot of time on top of this hill and it always seems to be photo worthy. It is located directly across from our flat, in a park where we always walk Coco, hence the frequent visits. Each day the weather seems to be the warmest in the early part of the day and then seems to drop after lunch. We have also had some rain showers each after noon and evening lately. With temperatures only in the 40's, that is not exactly pleasant. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our air shipped boxes. Getting tired of wearing the same five sets of clothes that we packed and never being quite warm enough! Although, our apartment is actually a little warmer than we like. Old steam heat radiators for the whole building so the heat is present even if you feel like the handle is turned off. Oh well, we won't complain when it is below zero! I had my first real day of just down time. Nothing that had to be urgently done. Kind of nice. So , after getting the kids out the door to school and Josh off to work, I cleaned the apartment. 1300 sq ft sure cleans up a lot faster than our 5000 sq ft house did! I then hit the shopping areas again, this time just to browse. I strolled by Prada, Gucci, etc but thought Josh might have a heart attack if I even thought about going inside so I just admired from afar. I then walked into a "super market" instead of the little grocery store that we call home. It had quite a bit more stuff but certainly nothing like the suburban super markets that we are used to at home. While walking, I took note of all the really tall people that live here. Swedes really are tall and blond. I find myself often feeling short! Tabitha says that half of her class is taller than her here. She loves it! Oh by the way, we always laughed at the lack of boys in her class at home. Well, here, she actually has even less with only 8 in her class of 38!
