Cooler Nights

We have had some beautiful weather this week with some cool nights and warm days.  Just gorgeous.  I can't even stomach another picture of our street/driveway issue.  In summary, it just keeps getting worse with interruptions in our water, internet, telephone service, etc.  We now have to drive through the front yards of five houses just to get out of our driveway and down our street...
Josh was in Europe last week, checking on his engineers in the UK and in France.  On his way home on Friday, he shot this beautiful picture from the plane...

I worked a lot (more than usual!) this week as I hosted my first senior wellness fair.  It all went off without a hitch and I enjoyed telling people about our beautiful facility.

I also managed to get in a few beautiful hikes this week with a couple of different friends.

Max always gets plenty of exercise as he runs for cross country 6 days per week.  He is doing great and although won't admit it if you ask him, he is enjoying it!

The big kids are gearing up for their mid-term exams so everyone is busy...  Calvin is starting on his college applications in earnest and has finalized a list of schools to which he wants to apply.

I tried again to go see him plan in a tennis tournament this week, but again, it was cancelled... Sure hope that I can get one match in before his high school tennis career is over!
