On Wednesday, Tabitha and Calvin drove over to my mom and dad's for a visit with their grandparents and cousins. They both really enjoyed themselves.
On Thursday, Tabitha took off for Cincinnati to visit with friends from high school. She had a great time and was able to see 6 friends and squeeze in a trip to Batesville. On her way back home on Friday morning, she picked up a very tired Max from cross country camp. He had a good time at camp, played lots of cards and volleyball, made some new friends, ate lots of good food... If only he didn't have to do the running part!
On Saturday, my sister and her family came over for a visit and to check out our boat and yacht club. The weather was absolutely perfect so everyone got in some sailing time. Unfortunately, not all of the kids have hearty stomachs and some experienced some sea sickness.
But, everyone did enjoy the beach and the pool.
On Sunday, Sarah's family headed home while I headed to Cleveland's huge Catholic festival, The FEST to do some marketing work. It was an amazing event with music and activities for almost 40,000 Catholics!
And, on Monday morning, it was back to work for most of us while Tabitha met up with my friend, Stephanie, to do some horse back riding on Stephanie's horse. It had been more than 8 years since Tabitha did any serious riding and although she fell off once, she didn't get hurt and she loved every minute of it!
