I Thought it was Grey!

We had a very nice week this week.  Quincy left to go back to school on Monday afternoon.  Tabitha started the big project of making a quilt which should keep her busy for a while.  We all completely enjoyed going to see a double feature of Back to the Future and Back to the Future 2 on Wednesday night to celebrate the Back to the Future day.  Max enjoyed his first week of not having cross country practice after school.  He loved having so much more free time.  He did start practicing with the bowling team on Thursday though so we will see how that sport goes for him!  I worked and spent some time with friends.  I enjoyed a wonderful Day of the Dead celebration with my cooking club.  Lots of yummy food and fun company.
We had some beautiful weather this week and weekend so we got out for some hiking.  Might have been a little too ambitious for Josh on Saturday morning but he made it through and earned his coffee and caramel corn treat afterwards!

Max is just thrilled to have his sister home so while Josh and I went out with friends for dinner last night, those two went out to eat and to see a movie.  Today, they worked on carving pumpkins and roasting pumpkin seeds all afternoon.

Max then made our dinner tonight by cooking up some brats on the grill!

Josh and I decided to switch offices for a couple of different reasons.  So when my new office furniture arrived, we put it together and got busy setting up our respective spaces and hanging pictures.  We are both very happy with our new spaces.

I decided to paint my walls though.  I chose a beautiful grey color and got busy painting.  Unfortunately, it now looks very purple and I am not happy!  Guess I will try again later this week...
We have some beautiful trees in our yard this fall.  These bushes are my favorite, however.
