Earlier in the day, I joined one of my new friends at a local park for a nice long walk. We put in almost six miles and lots of talking before hitting a cute little cafe for a bowl of soup after.
On Tuesday, I hit the BMV with dread, thinking that it was going to take hours to get my Ohio driver's license and plates for both of our cars. I was thrilled when I was finished with all of it in less than 35 minutes! Wow! I then met up with another new friend for lunch. What a shock it was to learn that Renee was actually college friends with two of my childhood friends and neighbors! Small world!
After lunch, I met up with another new friend to walk our dogs! Debbie lives just across the road from my subdivision so we are practically neighbors. Our dogs got along very well too so this might become a habit.
Today, I had to drive up by Josh's office to a testing center where I took the jurisprudence exam to apply for my Ohio physical therapy license. When I finished my test, I decided to go up to the beach on Lake Erie that was just 3 miles a way. It was beautiful and peaceful and I kicked off my shoes, grabbed my camera and thoroughly enjoyed a long walk in the sand.
